Sweet Dreams Catcher

Easy and super fun to make, with lovely results! <3
Make it in any shape you like and with any material you like just make sure you have so e tiny twinkle lights (i used VISVISS ikea - no they are not paying me to say this..unfortunately;p) and that the shape is big/small enough to at least go around the edges and down three times. For this example i used a placemat i found, but you can also create your own shape with iron cord (see twinkle post for tips) or make it out of cut outs cardboard or lace! Anyway let's catch some sweet dreams...let's get started:)

1. Lovely shape
Create your shape and make sure it can let enough light trough. Then attach the beginning and end of the light string where they need to be. Now you see exactly how much you have left for lighting the shape. Attach it (by bending or with tape or string or iron cord) around the shape and the hanging parts (will become a loop, so try to balance the lights). If you have leftover string, Great!, now you can fill the middle as well:)

2. Bells & Whistles
Make three equally sized strings (thread or other thin cord) and put some beads and feathers (or whatever you want!) on it. Hang them in front of the light strings or attach them to it. Finish of by adding things that make it sparkle a bit even when the lights are of or basically; get creative until it becomes too much;) Hang above the bed (official place for dream catchers!) and may all your sweet dreams come true...








This can also make a great gift! And of course you can use any material and or shape and even not make a dream catcher (that has to be above bed) but a wall light that you can hang anywhere you want.
